PAOLETTI'S FLAT is a comfortable holiday apartment, it can
accommodate five people, has two bedrooms, a lounge with a large
sofa bed, kitchen, one bathroom and a balcony.
Equipped with heating and air conditioning, safe box.
It has TV, microwave, cutlery, plates and glasses, hairdryer,
kitchen no oven, not the washing machine as in the
neighborhood are several laundromats.

W H E R E
The very comfortable PAOLETTI'S FLAT is located in Venezia
Mestre overlooking the Canal Salso (salty canal), ancient
waterway which connected Venice with the mainland and where
transited goods to be forwarded to the markets of north Europe;
still now you can see the architectures of buildings that they used
like a deposit for those goods and other activity.
In the near street via Forte Marghera is possible to visit the
homonymous fortress, a 18th century construction; there are still
5 of them northwards in the lagoon of Venice.
The popular quarter where is situated the PAOLETTI'S FLAT,
Saint Marks village, is considered like a small district of Venice
(Venetian meaning: Sestiere), inhabited by Venetian people that
here they transferred their traditions and many old pubs (Bacari)
where you can drink a good glass of wine (ombra de vin) and where
you can eat a curious and fully flavoured little snack (Cichetto).
Venice is at only 10 minutes and you can reach it by public service bus
(bus service 24 per 24 hours); the stopping place is about 100 mts.

PAOLETTI'S FLAT you can also find The San Giuliano Park the largest
urban park in europe: a fantastic place for walking jojjing and cycling in
the middle of the venice lagoon, where you will enjoy an amazing view
of venice. PAOLETTI'S FLAT is in a strategic position(see the map) to
reach the most beautiful destinations in Venetian art and history:
the Palladian villas of famous Riviera del Brenta, the Scrovegni Chapel
and the city of Padua, the ancient city of Treviso, the fashionable Jesolo,
the wonderful Dolomiti. It is located also at few minutes from highways
as well as from International Airport "Marco Polo" and from railway

By car
From the Mestre By-pass, take the Porto Exit. At the big railroad bridge,
turn left for the center of Mestre. Go straight towards Corso del Popolo
and turn right at the traffic light at Via Torino. Go straight, and at the
traffic light turn left on Viale Ancona. At the first traffic light turn right:
this is Via Forte Marghera, go ahead 100 meters and you will see the
sign for the Hotel Alexander via paoletti is in front of this hotel.

By train
PAOLETTI'S FLAT is 1,5 Km away from the Venice-Mestre Train Station.
From here, take ACTV bus #9 towards Campalto and get off after
approximately 15 minutes at Via Forte Marghera, the stop is 30 meters
away from the flat, or with a private taxi you can arrive at the hotel
in 10 minutes.
By plane
From the "Marco Polo" Venice Airport,the PAOLETTI'S FLAT is 7 Km
away and can be reached with the ATVO shuttle service (blue bus),
which departs every 20 minutes, and stops on via Forte Marghera 30
meters from the flat, or with a private taxi you can arrive at the flatin
approximately 15 minutes.
